1. Install the frame

1) Please find out the pipes as we marked and move them in the certain area.

There are different areas like A, B, C,D and etc. We will mark it on the outside package and we will also

mark measurements on the pipe.

2) Open the package and install the base frame in every area as our installation drawings we provided. First you need to finish the base structure. Then install the angled wall structure.

①, which length is 312cm, with three legs shapes. So you need to find the correct measurements and shape
to put it in the right location. This is the same with other size pipes in different shapes.

Dodge ball area

(1) For Dodge ball area, there are two situations. One situation is putting wood plate in the middle. In the Dodge ball area middle, the pipe length is9 00cm. And the steel in cent er has triangle steel to hold the wood plate. The installation pipes will be as below.

(2) Another situation is jumping mat in the middle. It depends on the dodge ball area size. So there will be
both eyelets to connect springs. For this area, we will use short spring to connect.

(1) For Dodge ball area, there are two situations. One situation is putting wood plate in the middle. In the Dodge ball area middle, the pipe length is9 00cm. And the steel in cent er has triangle steel to hold the wood plate. The installation pipes will be as below.

Vault

Angled wall Trampoline.

Please pay attention the slant eyelet is to connect the angle wall trampoline. Then it should be put the
outermost pipe.

Triangle trampoline wall at corner.The frame used for the triangle corner only has one side plug

Please pay attention the plug location.

And the beam will have holes with screws to fasten.

Inclined support pole.

Holes will be drilled on both structure frame and support pole. It need screws to fix and fasten. So the whole
structure will be stable and strong. This kind of poles are always used for long mat lane.

2. Install jumping mat with spring

1) After finishing the frame installation, we need to connect the mats with springs.

First, please choose the right size of mats. We marked the size & area location on the mats as well.

About spring, the big open direction is to connect the eyelets. And the small open direction is used to connect the mat hook. The four corner of mat should be put two springs to connect with frame.

3) About the mat, the horizontal level mat has four flaps with Velcro. But for the angled wall trampoline mat, it only has three flaps with Velcro. Please check the below picture:

4）Elastic yellow Ropes

There are two situations need to use elastic yellow ropes. If there is no eyelet on the pipe but has jumping
mat, then should use elastic yellow rope to connect. Please fasten it as tighter as you can.

A． The triangle angle wall.

Olympic trampoline mat

This spring is longer than others whcih size is 26cm, 28cm in conner
The hook is different with the normal trampoline
It is seperate,one steel hook contact 6 white coupler body

B．The curved trampoline mat connected with angled wall.

3. PVC soft Padding

The last thing is to put PVC padding on the jumping mat.
Size was wrote at back side. You can choose the right size and put it as our installation map.
The Velcro is sewed at the back side of padding. Then we need to use it to wrap with frame.

Normally, we have two size of the padding

40 cm wide—putting at side frame one side sewed flap with holes
80 cm wide—putting in the center frame two sides sewed flap with holes,use elastic rope tie it e

4. Foam Pit Area

There are some PVC wood plates, use fasten to connect them in square pit

5.Jump wall beside the olympic trampoline

There are some PVC wood plates, use fasten to connect them in square pit

Wooden Plank

6.Safety net

Use different fasten connect the round tube around the trampoline frame .
And nail it with the trampoline leg if necessary
Then tie black net on the round tube
Cover the round tube and net with colored PVC foam tube cover by ribbon

Note:
There are two leves horizontal tubes
use the 6 meters tube on the top directly
cut the second levers tubes in different sizes
The height is 3 meters from the floor to top

Climbing wall
Same as jump wall, use 4mm X4mm tube wire a square frame
Then use screw connect the climbing board to the frame.
Note:The board size is 90cm X90cm per piece, so the frame should be same
The inner size shoud be 86cm per unit and the first one height should be 107cm

Please find the right number marked on the frame first
